What is the price of a ticket?
Prices may vary from 25€ to 105€ depending on the category of your seat and the period of year.
Is there a student or senior rate?
For people under 26 years-old, a tariff of 29 € for 8:00 pm performances on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (Category 2 or 3). The booking is made exclusively at the Mogador theater office on the day of the performance from 12:00 pm on presentation of an ID. Purchase and placement will be subject to availability. Only one ticket per person under 26 can be purchased.
For seniors, there is no specific price. Nevertheless, you can attend the show with seats starting from 25 €.
Are there seats for people with reduced mobility in the theater? How to reserve these places?
Yes, there is accessibility for people with reduced mobility at the Mogador Theatre, located in Orchestra (ground floor). They are on sale at the theater box office and at our booking service on +331 53 33 45 30. (0.12 € per minute)
Since the theater is classified as a historical monument, there is no lift to go to the dress circle or to the upper circle. Those with moving difficulties must book orchestra places. The reception staff is at their disposal to facilitate their travels upon arriving to the theatre.
How to book tickets for a group? What is the minimum number of seats required for a group?

I come with my child, are there booster seats for better visibility?
Yes. You will find them at the entrance of the hall, the Orchestra and in the Basket. Do not hesitate to ask the hosts and hostesses.
Does my child need a place to attend the show?
Yes, every viewer must be provided with a ticket.
In the case of a last minute cancellation, can I get my tickets refunded or plan to come on another date?
The booking is firm and definitive. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the show is canceled.
I did not receive my tickets by mail, what to do?

Yes. However, in case of loss or theft, tickets cannot be refunded.

What are the scheduled performances?
The show is played from Tuesday to Saturday at 8pm. And on Saturdays at 4pm and 8.30 pm and Sundays at 4pm.
MY ARRIVAL TO THE THEATRE
At what time can I withdraw my tickets?
At the theater box office, from 12pm on the day of the performance, and no later than 15 minutes before the show begins.
From what time can I enter the theater on the day of the show?
The doors of the theater open one hour before the performance. You can also visit the contemporary art collection of the Mogador Theater as well as finding food and beverages at the many bars of the theater’s foyers.
Should I wear a special outfit to come to the theater?
There is no special outfit to come to Théâtre Mogador. Be aware that the theater has air conditioning.
Where can I put my things (coat, big bag, helmet …) when arriving at the theater?
The theater has a cloakroom. The Vigipirate plan requires that large bags, helmets and large umbrellas be deposited (1 € per item).
Can I eat inside the theater hall? Inside the theater?
You can dine inside the theater hall with our catered bars, but not inside the theater.
Do I have the right to smoke with my electronic cigarette in the theater?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke with your electronic cigarette inside the theater.
How long is the CHICAGO show?
The show is 2:20 hours long, including 20 minutes intermission.
Does the show begin at the time advertised on the ticket?
Yes. If you are late, places are no longer guaranteed and you will only be able to be installed at the time indicated by the room staff.
At what age can a child attend the CHICAGO show?
We recommend that your children be at least &é years old to attend a performance.
Where can I get the products from the show?
They are on sale at each performance, in the theater’s halls.
Is there a DVD of the GREASE show?
No, there will be no video capture of the show.
Is there a French soundtrack for the show?
No, there is no CD of the French version of the show.
Can I take pictures or videos during the show?
It is strictly forbidden to take pictures and videos during the show.
Is it possible to meet artists at the end of the show?
Yes, you can meet them at the end of the show at the Artists’ Entrance, located at 83 rue Saint-Lazare.
